Hello, i just bought a XE3 camera from Fuji. It seems to be a nice sensor, but unfortunately I cannot develop my RAW files in Capture One. I am really disappointed and I don't want to change this great software wich i use every days.
Does anybody have any idea when the EX3 fils will be supported in C1 ?
    Thanks

    Next update?
In the meantime you can change the exif of the pictures, modifying x-E3 in X-T20.
I make so and it works

    Ok. Thx.
What do you mean by "changing the exit of the picture" ?
I don't even see my .RAF files in my import window in C1.

EXIF data are image metadata that are embedded in the RAW and JPG image files. If you use an EXIF editor, you can change the camera designation in these data sets to e.g. X-T20, and then many image editors that "don't yet know" the X-E3 will recognize the files as if they originated from an X-T20. This is possible because both cameras not only share the same resolution, but also the same sensor and processor.

Ok great ! I was looking for an… EXIT
And wich EXIF editor allow this on MAC ? I am used to C1 as editor…
Anyway, I'll look for one doing .RAF
That's really stupid that C1 is not able to recognize these images witch are the same as any Fuji-X
    Thanks a lot !

Have you sent an email to Capture One asking that question? The manufacturer of a product usually has a better understanding of release timetable than end users do.

Actually, the EXIF editor seems to be a pretty good way… I'll try.

I did send an email to C1 and they wrote me back 10 minutes after :

    Dear Sir/Madam,
As a general principle, we do not comment on future product development.
Specifically, for Capture One development and camera support, our ambition is to support all top selling high end camera models. We evaluate each camera request we receive as a unique case and Capture One now supports more than 400 different cameras from Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fuji, Olympus, Pentax and naturally Phase One just to mention a few. All cameras are individually optimized by a special/unique Phase One technology process.
    Kind regards,
    Phase One Support

They won't give any precise timing.
It was an automatic response i guess, posted by an automatic employee…
So i went back and asked agin : I need an answer !
And, so, a real employee wrote :

Unfortunately I do not have information on when or if we will support this camera. I have put this is n as a feature request on your behalf.

    Very secret company indeed…
However, the EXIF editor works fine.

Which editor are you using? Does it do batches or do you have to edit each one individually?

I looked a lot… and the only one i found, which seemed to be reliable (and it is) is : EXIF EDITOR
A small app i bought on the apple store (11€… not so cheap).
It works fine with batches, although, i only tried with 10 pictures.
But it seems fine and complete.

My main concern now, is that this Fuji Lens : 23mm 1:2, has a lot of chromatic aberration (green franges mostly) and C1 doesn't deal with Fuji Lens…
So the CA option in C1 is not effective, it's even worse sometimes.

Affordable camera, good sensor, but post prod is complicated.

If anybody have any trick concerning these CA, i am interested.
